Happy Birthday, Jesus!

It’s here, it’s here! A great light has come into the world to banish our darkness and bring us into the presence of God. I’m excited and honored to celebrate what You have done for us.

Let today be an awesome day in Your presence. Let me also have a happy Kwanzaa and embody today’s principle of unity (umoja). Help me to be one with You and Your will, Lord God.

Last workday before Christmas! That’s all I can think about as I wake up this morning. I am enjoying this Advent season but I can’t wait to get to Christmas. It is all about You right now.

Help me to be fully present at work today, Lord. Let me focus on the tasks before me and be diligent in all I do. Grant that I may rest in You today and do only what You desire for me to do.

Come, Lord Jesus.

I am so grateful You woke me up this morning. Sometimes I can’t get over how You hold life itself in Your hands. You give to me with such generosity and I say thank You for all Your blessings.

Help me to be fully present at work today. It is so hard to not be on permanent mental vacation this time of year. Help me to apply myself to the tasks at hand and allow me to be fruitful.

Come, Lord Jesus.

Good morning, Father. It is the last week of Advent and I am super excited to welcome Your Son into the world. It is great to ponder the grace and mercy that your care for us is filled with.

Help me to focus on the task before me with diligence and joy, Lord. Give me pride in my work and a desire to glorify You in all I do. Bless the work of my hands to bear good fruit.

Come, Lord Jesus.

It was hard to wake up this morning. Even now my eyes want to close. But just to be alive is a gift and it spurs me into the day. You are a faithful promise-keeper. Thank You for today.

Give me the energy and focus I need to be fully present and able to apply myself to the task at hand. Let me take on the hard things that I am afraid of. Bless the work of my hands.

Come, Lord Jesus.

I am grateful You woke me up this morning. Even though I didn’t get much sleep, You restore me and prepare me for whatever comes. Thank You for always giving me what I need.

Bless me to command my day today, Father. Give me strength, focus, and wisdom in all I do. Teach me to always listen to Your voice and obey Your guidance in every matter.

Come, Lord Jesus.

So excited that Christmas is coming, I can hardly stand it. I can’t wait to celebrate Your Son coming into the world. The season of Advent is ramping up my hopes for Your coming.

Cover me with Your energy of purpose and productivity today, Lord. Bless the works of my hands and allow me to produce good fruit in all that I do. Direct me according to Your plans.

This is the day that you have made, Father, and I am overjoyed to be with you as you guide me through it to the good of all. Thank you for giving me another day of life, health, and strength.

Help me to be fully present this day, Father. Give me wisdom and initiative so that I may be blessed with good results in my work. Grant that I may only do your will and align mine with yours.

Come, Lord Jesus.

I am jazzed to wake up this morning and see you first thing, Lord. I am so glad we get to spend the day together. I give you thanks for another day on this side of the Jordan.

Align me with your good and perfect will today in all that I think, say, and do. Let me be in sync with what you desire for my life. Allow me to be an instrument of your peace to all.

When I woke up in the dark this morning, I thought about how we are all anticipating and hoping for a great light to come into the world. Thank You for always having joy come in the morning.

Help me to be mindful of this Advent season by embracing a spirit of hope and waiting on You. Your greatness and mercy blow my mind. I run to You with all that I am and always find You waiting.

Come, Lord Jesus.

I wake up easily and ready for the day, thanks to you. You are the sustainer of my life in every way. You even came so that I might have life more abundantly. I give you thanks and praise.

Help me to be energetic and productive today. Give me an easier hill to climb, since I didn’t get much sleep. Fill me with your grace and cover me with your wonderful mercy.

Thank You, God.

Thank You for waking me up gently and ready for the day. I am so glad I have Your strength when I do Your will. You are the best friend and LORD I could ever have. Good morning.

Bless me to have the energy, attention, and flexibility to handle whatever comes today. Grant that things work out in my favor and give me Your hand to protect me from all harm.

I am happy to wake up easily and ready to face the day You have placed before me, Father. You gave restful sleep to my tired eyes and now I have the energy and desire to press on.

Help me to have a great start to my work week. Let me give my job the energy, focus, and effort it deserves. Bless the work of my hands. Allow me to be a blessing to others today.

Today is such an awesome day and it is all because of You. You are our spiritual Mother and Father and are capable of and desire to give us every good gift. Thank You for being such a generous God.

May everyone be truly mindful and thankful today for all the many blessings, grace, and mercy You provide in their seasons. Give everyone what they need to flourish and rejoice in You.

I am so happy to wake up this morning because I know you will sustain me in all that I do. I am so glad that nothing takes you by surprise. Because of you I have no need to fear.

Bless me to do your will today and have success in the work of my hands. Cover me with your divine protection and guide my steps. Help me to shine the light you’ve given me.

Thank You for a great night’s sleep and the joy of waking rested and alert. I am so grateful that You always give me exactly what I need. You are a faithful and generous provider.

Watch over me this day. Grant me favor in all my affairs and allow me to tie things up and have a feeling of completion today. Give me a chance to be a blessing to someone today.

Happy Friday, Father! I’m so excited to be entering into your Sabbath, even if I’m cheating on it a little this weekend. The gift and command of rest you give us in amazing. Help me live into it.

Bless me to have a good day today where everything falls into place. Let me be focused and productive in all I put my hand to. Grant me your peace in every area of my life and affairs.

Lord, I need You.

Last night was the first snowfall of the season! You are so amazing and the world You’ve created is a marvel. Thank You for giving me another day to glory in You and Your works.

Help me to rest in You today and heal. Give me success in matters I have to arrange. Keep me warm and dry despite the weather. Help me to hear and be obedient to Your will.

Lord, I need You.

Good morning, God! I am so happy to be alive today and see the sky lightening as You do your thing and wake up the world. Thank You for granting me one more day.

Help me continue to heal and become whole in You, Father. Let me have a day filled with Your presence. Connect me to Your purpose and align my will with Yours.

Sometimes everything seems like it’s going wrong. Times like this I’m so glad you can work ALL things together for the good of those that love you and are called to your purpose.

Here comes this new day and I need your strength and guidance to sustain me and direct me through it. Just as you woke me up, I am confident resting in your hands today.
