Come, Lord Jesus.

I wake up easily and ready for the day, thanks to you. You are the sustainer of my life in every way. You even came so that I might have life more abundantly. I give you thanks and praise.

Help me to be energetic and productive today. Give me an easier hill to climb, since I didn’t get much sleep. Fill me with your grace and cover me with your wonderful mercy.

Bless those who can not afford to heat their homes, Father. Give them warmth and heat so that they may thrive and be well this winter. Let us build societies that provide for everyone.

I am so glad I’m on your team, God. You are always the answer to every situation. Thank you for being on my side. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
