Come, Lord Jesus.

When I woke up in the dark this morning, I thought about how we are all anticipating and hoping for a great light to come into the world. Thank You for always having joy come in the morning.

Help me to be mindful of this Advent season by embracing a spirit of hope and waiting on You. Your greatness and mercy blow my mind. I run to You with all that I am and always find You waiting.

Bless those that are without a place to lay their heads, Father. Grant them homes and bring them into stability and abundance. Help our communities eliminate homelessness completely.

I give You thanks and praise for all the goodness and mercy You pour into my life. I can’t wait to see how You will show up in my encounters today. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
