Lord, I need You.

Thank You for a great night’s sleep and the joy of waking rested and alert. I am so grateful that You always give me exactly what I need. You are a faithful and generous provider.

Watch over me this day. Grant me favor in all my affairs and allow me to tie things up and have a feeling of completion today. Give me a chance to be a blessing to someone today.

Bless those who suffer injury or illness, Father. Heal and restore them so that they are made whole in You. Provide for their needs and let them be free of all pain and suffering.

I rejoice that You are a God of justice who can make things right. Help us to build up Your kingdom, on earth as it is in heaven. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
