In Christ it is always “YES!”

I popped up like a daisy this morning, LORD. I’m amazed at how the rest You give always restores. With Your help, I am always able to face whatever may come before me. I am ready!

Let me rest in Your Word today, even as I am occupied by the tasks of the day. Help me to be productive and make progress. Give me strength to do the things I have been avoiding.

In Christ it is always “YES!”

I’m so happy to wake up this morning and find myself safe in Your loving arms. It is such a great feeling to realize You are always with me. Now I know the day is going to be amazing.

Help me to keep all the balls I’m juggling in the air, Father Mother God. Let the day flow according to Your plan and allow me to follow the path You are leading me on. Allow me to be a blessing to others.

You say that, but Tyre Nichols still got beaten to death. Where is the justice, LORD? Our hearts are heavy and troubled. It is a sin-sick world and the only thing that can save us is You.

I pray you will not let us slip into apathy or become disengaged from the work of building Your kingdom, on earth as it is in heaven. Let us be inspired to overcome injustice and evil.

I am truly awake and at peace this morning and I know that is all due to You. Under the shadow of Your wing I see new mercies fall afresh each morning. Thank You for being everything to me.

Bless me to have a wonderful say where I make a great impression on everyone I meet. Bless my appointments to be fruitful and guided by You in every way. Order my steps in Your Word.

My cat woke me up too early and I am irritated. Give me an appreciation for this new day You have allowed me to see. I am grateful that, even when I am annoyed, You soothe me.

Help me to bring my full energy and intention into this day, LORD God. I need Your help to be my best self and work productively, this and every day. Allow me to reflect You clearly.

I am so glad to be feeling much better this morning. Thank You for healing me and keeping me safe. I am glad to wake up with a clear mind and a positive outlook this snowy morning.

Help me to be laser focused on the task at hand. Let me work diligently and without distractions. Bless the work of my hands to make the world a better place and give You glory.

I am feeling better and am sure that is because of You. Thank You for helping me while I slept and for waking me up in a good mood. You always fix my attitude for me, God.

Help me to continue to heal today, for You are the master physician. Remove the irritation in my throat and all other symptoms. Let me complete my work without getting worn out.

I woke up with a lump in my throat, that great feeling of being sick. It’s hard to be grateful on a morning like this, but at least I don’t have COVID, so thank You, Father Mother God.

Help to heal me today and let me have a restful sick day. Grant that I may give myself time to be restored instead of filling my day with work. Let me be in tune with Your healing in me.

I woke up ready to start the day You have blessed me with. Thank You for being such a faithful and generous God. Give all Your children a chance at a better tomorrow.

I pray You will help me to embrace the hope and possibility of Your presence. Give me the capacity to receive and apply all the blessings You have for me. Let me be a blessing to others.

I woke up easily this morning and I know that is all due to You. Thank You for the life, peace, and joy You continue to bless me with. I look forward to facing the day together.

Help me to be energized and focused today in all that I do. Let me be productive and bless the works of my hands. With You in charge, life is better than I could ask or even imagine.

I’m really enjoying celebrating Your birth all the days of the Christmas season. Thank You for being God every day. Your faithfulness is my buckler and shield. I will stick close to You.

I thank You for every blessing You have already placed in the day for me to find. Align me with Your will and let my day turn out exactly as You desire it to. I am on Your team always.

So thankful for You waking me up this morning, then waking me up again after I fell back asleep. You are the letter and the Spirit of the law, yet still acting with grace and mercy.

Help me to have a calm and productive day today, God. Set my agenda and give me the discipline and focus I need to succeed. Let me stay centered in and focused on You in all I do.

It’s still the Christmas season and I’m so excited to wake up this morning and celebrate Your birth. You are the gift that keeps on giving. Thank You for coming into the world and saving me.

It’s a great morning for the newborn Prince of Peace! I am over the moon that You have been made flesh and dwell among us. I can’t believe You love us enough to go through all this.

I pray that You would be the center of not just my day but the whole of my life. Let me rededicate myself to You today. Help me to seek, hear, and obey Your will in every matter.

I am so excited when I wake up and realize Your Son has come into the world, not to condemn it but to save it. That lets me know there is hope for all of us and my prayers are not in vain.

Help me to have a great day today. Let me be laid back yet productive and happy. Let me whistle while I work. Help me to focus on others today more than myself and be grounded in You.

It’s here, it’s here! A great light has come into the world to banish our darkness and bring us into the presence of God. I’m excited and honored to celebrate what You have done for us.

Let today be an awesome day in Your presence. Let me also have a happy Kwanzaa and embody today’s principle of unity (umoja). Help me to be one with You and Your will, Lord God.

Last workday before Christmas! That’s all I can think about as I wake up this morning. I am enjoying this Advent season but I can’t wait to get to Christmas. It is all about You right now.

Help me to be fully present at work today, Lord. Let me focus on the tasks before me and be diligent in all I do. Grant that I may rest in You today and do only what You desire for me to do.

Come, Lord Jesus.

I am so grateful You woke me up this morning. Sometimes I can’t get over how You hold life itself in Your hands. You give to me with such generosity and I say thank You for all Your blessings.

Help me to be fully present at work today. It is so hard to not be on permanent mental vacation this time of year. Help me to apply myself to the tasks at hand and allow me to be fruitful.

Good morning, Father. It is the last week of Advent and I am super excited to welcome Your Son into the world. It is great to ponder the grace and mercy that your care for us is filled with.
