Lord, in your mercy hear my prayer.

Thank you for waking me up before my alarm this morning. You gave me the life, health, and strength to face another day. I am so glad to have a powerful, loving God on my side.

Help me to finish out the week strong and with intention. Give me the ability to focus on what is before me and be very productive. Give me favor and the fullness of your joy.

Bless the poor, loving Father. Give them abundance and prosperity so they have everything they need. Give me opportunities to give to the poor and build communities of equity.

This is the day you have made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you for being so reliable and steadfast, let me always trust in you. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
