The joy of the Lord is my strength!

I’m sleepy, but the birds are chirping and the sun is rising to encourage me. I’m grateful for another day with you. I know you will provide me with my daily bread out of your mercy.

Bless me to be alert and flexible today in every situation. Keep me energetic and creative as I move through the day. Unfold my path as I walk with you and guide me always.

Bless those that have rejected you, Lord. Shine your liberation, peace, and healing on them so that they can know your love. Draw them to you with your loving kindness.

This day is full of your glory, no matter the weather. Thank you for being a faithful God who is always there. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
