It’s a blessing to be alive!

I wake this morning well rested and with joy in my heart. Thank you for always blessing me with life. You also give me my daily bread each day and I am grateful. You have everything I need.

Help me to worship you in spirit and in truth today. Thank you for getting up early one Sunday morning with all power in your hands. Let me meet the Risen Lord today and sit at his feet.

Bless those who are feeling overwhelmed by life, Lord. Help carry their burdens, strengthen them, and give them relief. Let them know they are never alone, but have you to lean on.

Every day is another opportunity to spend time with you and to make a difference in the world according to your redemptive plan. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
