Lord, I trust You.

I’m up early and it’s still dark, Father. What happened to Summer? I am glad you control the coming and going of the seasons. You have really got the whole world in your hands.

Help me to have a balanced day where I have a clear agenda that is not overwhelming. Let me meet you everywhere I turn. Empower me to reflect your light and love in all I do.

Be with those who have lost everything to natural disasters, Father. Comfort and encourage them in your name. Provide for all their needs out of your riches in glory. Heal the land.

I rejoice that you are Lord of all, yet you still concern yourself with each of us. I will give you all the thanks and praise. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
