Lord, I trust You.

Thank you for giving me today. I am so excited to see what you have in store for me. You always give me my daily bread and I am grateful. Your loving kindness overwhelms me.

Bless me to have a restful and restorative day. Thank you for letting me have a makeup day for the Sabbath that I missed. Let me encounter you and spend time communing with you.

Rescue those who are in harm’s way, mighty God. Deliver them from danger and trouble and let them enter your rest. Thank you for being mighty to save us from evils and peril.

I rejoice that I get to spend the day with you. I will give you all the thanks and praise so that you may be lifted up and draw souls to you. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
