Are you there God it’s me...

Thank you for this pre-morning wake up call. I missed talking to you. It’s just me and my cat and you, Lord. You have shown me favor by giving me another day. Once again, your blessings overwhelm me.

It’s your day, Lord. We get to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. Teach me how to worship you in spirit and in truth. I am so glad I have Jesus to walk with me in all that I do. You are worthy of all praise and honor.

Bless those who are contemplating taking the lives, Father God. Show them that trouble doesn’t last always. Give them hope in their lives and something to live for. Let me be a help to those experiencing this.

Our pre-dawn talks are the best because it feels like I have you exclusively. Thank you for always giving me your full attention, no matter the hour. Your friendship is my greatest gift. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
