Are you there God it’s me...

It’s just you and me...and the cat. Our private time together is a precious gift. I feel your mercy and kindness towards me like waves pulling me into the sea of your love. Our quality time together gives me all the strength I need.

It’s your day; time to praise you and celebrate the resurrection of your son. I have been waiting for this all week. Help me to release all the praise and worship I hold within me. Tune my heart to sing thy grace.

Bless me that I may be able to reflect you in all that I do. Let me be as a light set on a hill, sharing the joy of salvation for all to experience. May my sharing of the gospel be natural and sweet. Give me opportunities, even in the midst of this pandemic, to share your goodness and love.

Let this day of worship bring joy and upliftment to all, even if they are not participating. You have the merciful power to reach everyone. Let us all be showered by your goodness.

Thank you for raising your son from the dead, and giving us a way out of sin, hell, and death. Your mercy is from everlasting to everlasting. Please hear my prayer. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
