Are you there God it’s me...

Thank you for directing my path to a new day. I pray you keep guiding me in the ways I should go and along the paths I should take. Every morning is a chance for me to use the gifts and bear the fruits you have given me.

Bless me with meaning in my days. Give me a renewed sense of purpose and usefulness in my daily tasks and activities. I want to redeem the time in a way that is meaningful and has impact. Align me to your perfect will.

Continue to show me how to be a good steward over my finances dear Lord. I take it not for granted that everything I have comes from you. Let me be deliberate and responsible in my spending and saving. Help me to generate income that satisfies my needs and allows me to give generously to those in need. Remove any anxieties I have about lack and replace them with opportunities to generate abundance.

Help me do a better job in reaching out to others that may be in need. Bless me to be a more mindful friend and minister. Let me be more proactive and productively follow up on my impulses to engage with the world.

I thank you for all of your mercy and grace that falls afresh each day. I am so glad I have you to pray to. Communion with you is sweet. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
