LORD, You are my everything.

I woke up thanks to You and am grateful to begin another day in Your care. When I look at the wonders of all You have created, what is humanity that You are mindful of us? I am so blessed.

Help me to rest in Your presence—body, mind, heart and soul. Heal the pain in my back and get me healthy and active again. Cover me with Your grace and favor in all that I do today.

Bless those who are sick and can’t get well, LORD. Fill them with Your healing and give them wholeness. Allow them to recover and be strengthened. You are the master physician.

This is Your day, God, and I will give you all the praise and glory. Thank You for always being with me and having my back. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
