He Is Risen! He Is Risen Indeed!

Thank You for this morning. The joy of waking up to You is like nothing else I know. Help me to receive each day for the gift that it is. Give me this day my daily bread.

Help me to focus on the tasks before me. Allow me to be productive and perform my work with excellence in Your name. Thank You for giving me a job and tasks that I love.

Bless those who are unemployed or underemployed, Father Mother God. Give them work that satisfies their souls and meets their needs. Help them to work for a better world.

I sing your praises early in the morning, LORD, and am so excited we get to have this quiet time together. Keep me in Your presence. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake we pray.
