Lord, I trust You.

I am tired and sleepy, but the day is coming whether I am ready or not. Please give me the alertness and vigor needed to command my day. You are able to keep me from falling.

Help me to live into your calling for me today. Give me the chance to catch glimpses of you and your kingdom throughout my day. Let me be a blessing to all others I meet.

Bless those unhappy with life, loving Father. Come into their lives and give them your joy and peace. Show them favor and shine your matchless light on them, blessing their minds.

What will I do today that reflects your wealth of love and joy, Lord? You never leave me or forsake me and I am grateful. Make me whole. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake.
