Lord, I trust You.

I popped awake this morning, thanks to you. You are always watching over and caring for me. I am grateful for another day. I can’t believe I get to enjoy eternal life with you.

Energize and focus me today, Lord. Help me overcome distraction and inertia to be effective. Bless my efforts to yield good fruit. Let me enjoy the work of my hands.

Bless those that are grieving the loss of loved ones, Father. Comfort and console them with your sweet Holy Spirit. Carry their heavy loads and make the unbearable bearable.

This day and I are yours completely. I know you will never leave me or forsake me. Thank you for remembering me. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
