Lord, in your mercy hear my prayer.

This day is yours, but you share it with me so generously and I am grateful. You always give me life and life more abundantly. I hope I can make you happy like you make me.

Help me to be a creative force, able to write and think with the gifts you have given me. Open my mind to receive the understanding and guidance you have for me in every way.

Bless those dealing with drug addiction, loving Father. Allow them a way out. Grant them the support and help they need to receive the new life that you are offering them.

I am so thankful you have blessed me simply to have this time with you. Let’s spend the day together and just have fun. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
