Lord, in your mercy hear my prayer.

I am moving slow this morning, but I am moving and for that I am deeply grateful. Thank you for watching over me as I slept and raising me up to new life today. You are faithful.

Give me the energy and focus I need to have a successful day today, Lord. Allow me to work on the tasks before me with diligence and desire. Thank you for equipping me with all I need.

Bless our world with your spirit of unity, Lord. Help us to overcome unhelpful divisions and discord. Let us work together in harmony to build your kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

I need your help to get through this day, Lord. I know you will see me through. I can always count on you. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
