Lord, in your mercy hear my prayer.

It’s a wonderful morning and, because you have a sense of humor, a ray of sun shines directly in my face super early each morning to wake me. Your blessings can also be funny.

Help me to organize my day so that I do all that you want me to do. Help me to delight in you, even in the midst of my tasks. Teach me how to overcome the world just as you have.

Bless those that are separated from their loved ones, for whatever reason, Lord. Let them be comforted and strengthened by your presence and reunite them soon in joy.

You are always there for me with solutions I couldn’t even have imagined and I thank you. You goodness is more than I can fathom. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
