The joy of the Lord is my strength!

I love hearing the birds wake up chirping in the morning. You blessed me and the birds to have life and joy today and I am grateful. Thank you for giving me another chance to bless your name.

Help me to embrace this day you have given me and all that it holds. Grant me peace of mind and strength of spirit. Help make my joy complete today. Allow me to be of service to you.

Bless those affected by violence, Lord. Keep them safe in your care. Heal their bodies, minds, and spirits so that they may be whole in you. Make our world a safer place to be.

I am so excited to see what you have in store for me today, Father. Allow me to fully receive you into my life. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
