The joy of the Lord is my strength!

Thank you for the peace that you have put in my heart this morning. I am grateful for you waking me up, even if you did it through my pesky cat. I am glad I get to spend the day with you.

Help me to have a great Friday. Let me enjoy and be diligent in my work. Bless me to bear good fruit in all that I do today. Walk with me hand-in-hand throughout this day.

Bless those who are afraid, Lord. Cast out their fears with your perfect love. Fill them with your divine courage and protect them from harm. Cause them to rejoice in you.

I know that you will never leave me or forsake me. I submit my life and hopes and dreams to you so that you may make me over. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
