The joy of the Lord is my strength!

It is a wonderful day to be alive. Thank you for restoring my hope and joy in humanity. You can do everything but fail and I am glad you have plans to prosper your people on this earth.

Allow me to have an enjoyable and productive day. Let me enjoy a day off and have it be restorative and invigorating. Give me your guidance and protection in all that I do.

Bless those suffering loss today, Father. Comfort them and bring them peace. Help us to build a society that honors their losses and prevents them from repeating. Let them hope in you.

You are an amazing God. You even get us out of trouble we get ourselves into and I am grateful. We need you more than ever. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
