The joy of the Lord is my strength!

It’s my birthday, Lord, and I rejoice in the life, joy, health, and strength that you continue to bless me with. Thank you for my crazy cat, Jelly Belly, who gives me such joy and companionship.

Bless me to be fully present in the moment today. Allow me to focus on the task at hand. Bless the work I do in every area of my life to bear good, plentiful fruit. Surprise me with your favor and grace.

Bless the elderly, loving Father. Grant them health and supportive relationships with loved ones. Let them know that you have not forgotten them but value them beyond measure.

Thank you for being such a faithful God. You will never leave me or forsake me. Let me stay focused on you in all I do. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
