The joy of the Lord is my strength!

I wake up to your sun creeping over the horizon and have a song in my heart. Thank you for this special day of life. Give me this day my daily bread and help me to stand in your armor.

Bless me to start off my work week with vigor and focus. Let me feel your presence with me in all that I do. Help me to stay focused on you over the distractions of this busy world.

Bless the homeless and housing insecure, Lord. Give them not just shelter but welcoming homes where they can lay their heads and be safe and protected. Grant them favor.

I can feel you stirring in my spirit and am excited to see what you will do in my life today. You are worthy of all my praise. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
