It’s a blessing to be alive!

Thank you for letting me sleep late. You always give me exactly what I need. It is a great day to be alive and hidden in you, Lord. Your mercies are new every morning, even if I don’t wake up on time.

Help me to honor your Sabbath and not go my own way but delight in you. Grant that I may do things that are pleasing in your sight. Let’s spend the day together so I may rejoice in you.

Bless those who are housing insecure, dear Father. Meet their needs and bring them to a safe and reliable place to live. Give them the peace of knowing that their home is safe in you.

My heart is filled with love for and thanks to you. In you I place all my hope. Let me not be disappointed. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
