It is a blessing to be alive!

Thank you for life this morning. I always enjoy waking up to you, especially when you let me sleep late. Your mercies are new every morning and you have given me another day of joy.

Help me to honor your sabbath and enter into your rest, dear Father. Teach me how to follow your commandments and be obedient to you. Let me be refreshed in you.

Bless the homeless, Lord, as well as those who have no protections against the elements. Bless them with shelter and with heat and protection. Restore their souls.

You are a mighty God and there are none like you. It is right to give you thanks and praise. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
