It’s a blessing to be alive!

Thank you for letting me sleep hard and long last night and this morning. I am so glad you are a God of refreshment and restoration. I am grateful for another day of life, health, and strength.

Thank you for the gift of the Sabbath, Lord. Help me enter into your rest and be revived. You give me the chance to rejoice in and meditate on you. Teach me how to honor this day.

Bless those who feel alone, dear Father. Let them feel and be comforted by your constant presence. Raise up friends for them and bring healthy enriching relationships into their lives.

Your grace is sufficient for me and your mercies are new every morning. Thank you for loving me. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
