It’s a blessing to be alive!

Thank you for letting me have a lazy morning and a restful day. You always give your servants just what we need. I am so glad you woke me up, but not too early, this day.

I pray I am able to honor your sabbath and keep it holy. Thank you for teaching me how to rest in you. Let me commune with and grow closer to you in all I do.

Please bless those that are overworked, Lord. Allow them to rest from their labors and be refreshed. Give them strength and lives that do not require harsh labor just to survive.

I love being your child, Father God. It is such a delight to be with you. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake we pray.
