It’s a blessing to be alive!

I love waking up to you, Lord. Thank you for granting me another day of life. In you I have everything I need, for you will never leave me or forsake me. You stick closer than a brother.

Allow me to have a creative and productive day today. Let me finish my sermon and get some writing done. Help me to finish packing and tie up loose ends on my projects. Keep my hand on the plow.

Bless the homeless, dear Father. Give them stable homes where they can lay their heads. Protect them from the elements and meet their needs according to your riches in glory.

Every day your goodness and mercy chase after me. I am so grateful for your presence in my life. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
