Are you there God it's me...

This is another great day, even though it is overcast and raining. Yet you saw me safely home and I am grateful, not just to be home but also just to be alive and well today.

I pray that today I will be able to embrace my routine and be useful and productive. Let me fall back into a space of knowing what needs to be done and having the initiative to get started.

Bless those who are addicted in this world, Lord. I pray you free them from their addiction and the reasons behind it. Help us to build systems that provide needed support. Guide us in how to help on an individual level as well.

You bless us every day simply by being in our presence and letting us see your glory. It is this we long for and which gives us so much benefit. It is in Jesus' name and for his sake we pray.
