Are you there God it’s me…

You woke me up before my alarm this morning. Thank you for my portion of life health and strength that you have given me this day. In you I live and move and have my very being. Without you I could do nothing.

Allow me to accomplish all of my tasks today. Grant that I may work efficiently, with your power and inspiration filling me and infused in all my work. Help me to dedicate my every act to you. You are able to keep me from falling.

Bless those displaced from natural disasters Lord. Give them the comfort of your presence. Restore all that they have lost by your grace and power. Be with those that have lost a loved one to the ongoing floods, heatwaves, fires and other disasters.

I am blessed simply to be in your presence. With you around me and inside me, I feel I can do all things. Thank you for the indwelling of your spirit. Let me enter into your rest. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
