I woke up super late today. Thanks for letting me sleep in. Dear Lord please regulate my sleep so that I get the right amount and help me to structure balanced days. Thank you for this day.

Grant me a day of joy and thanksgiving Lord. May my heart and soul be uplifted in your presence. Help me to be an encouragement to others who are in need. Grant that I may have fullness of joy as you promised.

Bless those who have lost their lives while serving in the armed forces. They paid the ultimate price for my freedom. Bless and console their families and loved ones. Bring about a world where we study war no more.

I give you honor and praise and thanksgiving this day. Thank you for always watching over me and keeping me in perfect peace. I rely on you with complete confidence. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
