I thank you for opening my eyes to greet another cheerful day. This is the day You have made, so I will rejoice and be glad in it. Teach me how to rejoice in You and keep gladness in my heart.

Give me a spirit of generousity dear Lord. Teach me how to give out of abundance. You have given me all that I have, and are faithful in giving me my daily bread. Let me share with others without worrying about running out.

Lord I ask You to bless families. In Your mercy, strengthen and restore healthy relationships among family members. Help them to embrace a spirit of unity and loving kindness. Bless my family and let me be an enriching part of it.

Thank You for all Your mercies that are rising up to meet me this day. Let me make the most of all that You have placed before me. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
