Thank you for keeping me another day. It is so easy to take waking up for granted. Help me to remember that every breath I take is due to you watching over me. Thank you for life and life more abundantly.

Bless my travels on this day. Cover me with your grace and mercy as I go to and fro. Thank you for allowing me to go someplace new and spend time with dear friends. Now I pray you see me safely home.

Grant peace to those who suffer from anxiety and panic. Holy Spirit, comfort them and calm their spirits. Grant them peace and respite from the noise that so easily distracts and disturbs. Cover them with your quiet assurance.

You loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting Lord. Thank you for always watching over me. I can feel safe and truly release myself into your care. You give me permission to be me. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
