What peace you have given me this morning. I am thankful to set this time aside to talk to you. You have given me this day to give you glory and I can’t wait for it to unfold. Your mercies are new every morning.
Please help me to tackle the hard things I have been avoiding today. Free me from my procrastinating and help me to look forward to my work. Open up the day so that I have more time to accomplish my tasks. Help me to redeem the time.
Bless those of us who have been apart from our friends and loved ones far too long because of the pandemic. Give us ways to meaningfully connect even though we may be physically distant. Lord you have overcome the world. By that same power, help us to overcome the current pandemic and be free to congregate again without fear of illness or harm.
Thank you for the blessings and answers to prayer you have already put in the works today. You are always covering me with your mercy and grace. Let all I do be an offering to you. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
