Are you there God, it’s me...
When you speak oh Lord, things happen. I ask that you speak energetic abundant life over me God. Your creation is good. Create in me a clean heart so that I may worship you. I am so grateful to you for all you have placed within me and around me. This new day you have given me is a wonder. Thank you for the gift of restorative sleep that allows me to approach each new day refreshed.
Thank you for giving me the ability to worship you. There are some places and circumstances in life that try to extinguish you. So, since I am free in Christ, let me worship and praise you fully and powerfully with all that I am. Let me be unashamed of the gospel and the reason for the hope in me heart. Help me to engage in worship without feeling constrained and with all the joy you have placed within me.
Bless me to approach this new day you have given me with focus, purpose and energy. You have given me all the things I need to succeed dear Lord. Help me to apply them wisely to the time and tasks before me. Teach me how to redeem the time in a way that honors you and exercises wisdom. Bless me to fully use my spiritual gifts.
I am thankful you have placed healthy relationships in my life oh God. Teach me to be a better friend and let me continue to meet wonderful people. It has been hard to make new friends during this pandemic. Grant me opportunities to form new healthy relationships of all kind dear Father, so that I and others may be mutually enriched and your name may be lifted higher.
Grant me a spirit of discernment so that I may perceive the new mercies you are granting me each day and take advantage of them. I want to fully receive and put into use all that you have, are, and will be giving me oh Lord. And with all that I have freely received, help me to give just as generously. Let me reflect you most of all in my giving. Bless me to share my spiritual fruits.
I thank you in advance for answered prayer. You know everything about me before even I do and so I thank you for this time we have been able to spend together communing. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
Amen
