Are you there God it’s me...

I am so happy to wake up to this sunny morning, Lord. Thank you, both for getting me up this morning, and for letting me sleep in a bit. You always give me exactly what I need.

Let me worship you in spirit and in truth today. Let me celebrate the resurrection of your son, Jesus, with all that I am. Thank you for giving us a way out of sin into eternal life.

Bless those who have lost hope, dear Lord. Bring them the peace and upliftment of your presence. Give them your joy and love as sources of hope and inspiration.

Days like this seem extra full of your Spirit, Lord. Thank you for never leaving or forsaking me. Let me feel you with me always. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
