Are you there God it’s me...

I am thankful to be alive this morning, so, even though it is still dark outside, I am celebrating the joy of a new day. Your blessings are new every morning and I thank and praise you.

Help me to accomplish all I have it in my heart to do today. Grant that I may dedicate and consecrate all my actions to you. Help me to stay focused on what needs to be done.

Bless the homeless, dear Lord. With the weather getting much colder I pray that you will give them not just shelter, but homes to live in. You can do anything but fail.

Each day you deliver me my daily bread. I am thankful for your tender mercies. Make me an instrument of your peace. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
