Are you there God it’s me...

Thank you for this wonderful day. I hear the birds chirping and know that you have done it again, woken up all of creation. I am grateful for all life this morning as I begin my day.

Help me to have safe travels today and honor all of my commitments, Lord. Grant that I may make good use of my time and resources. Help me to keep you at the center of all I do.

Bless the soldiers of the world, dear Father. Cover them with your grace and peace. Be with the souls of those that have passed on in service. Grant that one day we will study war no more.

Your sunlight puts a smile on my lips and I am grateful for the wonderful world you have made for us to enjoy. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake we pray.
