This is another day you have blessed me to see and I am grateful. Thank you for the life, health, and strength you have given me. Let me never take your gifts for granted.

I pray you will help me conquer the day. Bless me with the initiative to work on the things I have been avoiding. Let me make meaningful progress on my projects and goals.

Bless those that are hungry, dear Lord. Fill them with good and nourishing things. Give them confidence about where their next meal is coming from. Let us create communities that better support them and meet their needs.

I watch the sky turn from dark to light and am reminded of what an awesome God you are. Thank you for never leaving or forsaking me. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
